I just finished a report about different types of energy for school. First, we found out about different types 
of energy. Next, we had to find out if they are renewable or non-renewable.
Renewable energy sources, like wind power, solar power, and hydropower, will never run out. We can 
use them again and again. Coal power and natural gas are non-renewable energy sources. One day there 
will be no more coal or gas to use. They will run out.
Our city uses a lot of coal and natural gas. We don't use a lot of renewable energy. I think we should try 
our best to help save the environment, so we should use more renewable energy sources in our city. I 
want to find out how I can help to make a change!

holiday. People from Canada and the USA celebrate it every year to be thankful for successful harvests. 
In the USA, we celebrate it on the fourth Thursday of November. We usually prepare a feast for family 
and friends. Both adults and children take part in the food preparation. Some of the traditional foods are 
turkey, sweet potatoes, and cornbread. After the meal, we play board games together. My family usually 
takes this opportunity to help others. My parents volunteer to cook and serve food to homeless people. 
My sister and I read books to old people in a nursing home near our house.
